Journey Health & Lifestyle® Refund and Warranty Policy

30-Day Return Policy
If a product or accessory from Journey Health & Lifestyle® didn’t meet your needs, you may return it within 30 days. Please contact us at +1 304-381-0134 or info@grandsmobility.com for assistance. Returns due to transit damage or defects will be promptly repaired or replaced. 

To initiate a return:  
1. Ensure your return meets the following requirements:  
   - Within the 30-day return period.  
   - In “like new” condition and original packaging with foam inserts and any hazmat papers and decals.  
2. Obtain an RMA by calling us at +1 304-381-0134 or mail to info@grandsmobility.com within 30 days. Returns without an RMA may be rejected.  

Exceptions 
Luxe Elite Scooter: Must be returned within 15 days in original packaging. Damaged/defective scooters must be reported within 3 days; a 20% restocking fee applies.  
Non-returnable items (unless damaged/defective):  
   - Perfect Sleep Chair, UPbed, and UPbed Independence  
   - Bathing, Toilet, and Personal Items (new, unused items damaged on arrival excepted)  
   - Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) products (final sale)

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer covers return shipping. For specific items (e.g., Zinger, Zoomer chairs), Journey can arrange UPS pickup at the customer’s expense.

Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after shipping must follow the return policy and require an RMA. Refused deliveries incur return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $35). FedEx Express fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds are credited to the original payment method, minus the original and return shipping costs. Damaged returns may incur repair deductions. Processing takes about three business days; money orders are refunded by check within seven business days.

 

Warranty Policy
Journey Health & Lifestyle® provides a 12-month limited warranty for defects in materials, workmanship, and assembly under normal use. Coverage includes:  

  • Mobility Products (Zinger, Zoomer, So Lite, UPWalkers): Frame, mechanical, and electrical components (including motor) for 12 months; battery, tires, and seats for six months.
    UPbed Standard: 1-year parts and labor, 2-3 years on parts, and 4-10 years on bed frame and non-electric parts.
    UPbed Independence: 2 years on components, 10 years on bed frame.
    Lift Chairs: Lifetime warranty on frame and lift mechanism; 3 years on electronics.
    PSC Series: Lifetime on frame and lift mechanism, 3 years on electronics.

Warranty Limitations
The warranty excludes coverage for damage due to accidents, misuse, negligence, normal wear, improper use, or unauthorized modifications. Labor for repairs outside the warranty scope is not covered. This warranty applies only to original North American purchases directly from Journey Health & Lifestyle®.
