We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To begin a return process, please contact us via info@grandsmobility.com and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Please be aware that  that we do not offer free returns. A 25% restocking fee and all freight charges (both original and return) will be deducted from your total refund. Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Order Cancellation Policy
We prioritize your satisfaction with purchases from Grands Mobility and aim to provide a straightforward and equitable shopping experience. Please note our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period: Orders may be canceled within the first 12 hours after they are placed, provided that the shipment has not been crated or dispatched.

Orders cannot be canceled after the initial 24-hour period.

By ordering through our website, you agree to abide by this cancellation policy.

Should you have any inquiries or need assistance with cancellations or returns, please reach out to our customer service team.

The following products are ineligible for returns
Please be aware that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Products from AFIKIM and eFOLDi are not eligible for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you discover any defects, damage, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We evaluate these incidents individually. Depending on the situation, Grands Mobility may provide replacements for damaged parts or items, or issue a refund for the cost of the parts or items if the manufacturer does not resolve the matter.

Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us, and we will strive to resolve your concerns. Exchanges are possible under certain conditions.

Step-by-step instructions for obtaining a refund:

  1. Email us and provide:
    a) Your order number.
    b) The reason for your refund request.
    c) If applicable, clear photos of any damage.
  2. We will respond within 24 hours to inform you of the next steps, which vary depending on the brand. Each case is handled individually.
  3. If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
