SNAPnGO LLC Return Policy

SNAPnGO LLC is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect. Items must be undamaged (except for shipping damage or warranty-covered defects) and in original packaging.

Returning Products with Lithium-Ion Batteries
  • For scooters, return them to a carrier location that accepts lithium-ion batteries. Some carriers may not accept packages with these batteries, so please confirm in advance.


Return Authorization (RMA) Process

  • To initiate a return, you will need your order number to request an RMA and prepaid shipping label from Grands Mobility.
  • After receiving the RMA and shipping label, you must return the product in its original packaging within 3 business days.


Return Shipping Responsibilities

  • Domestic Returns (within the Continental U.S., excluding Alaska): You are responsible only for return shipping costs.
  • International Returns: You are responsible for return shipping and duty fees, as well as the original shipping and duty costs.


Inspection and Refund

  • Once the product is received, Grands Mobility will inspect it to confirm that it’s undamaged and in original packaging. If approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase price, less return shipping and any applicable international charges.
  • Note: If the product shows signs of customer damage, is not in original packaging, or otherwise does not meet this policy, Grands Mobility reserves the right to deduct repair costs from the refund.


This policy ensures a straightforward return process while maintaining product quality and handling standards.

SNAPnGO LLC warrants to the first retail purchaser of this product that it is free from defect in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper maintenance, storage or use of the SNAPnGO Product. This limited warranty will be void if the product is ever used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation, modified in any way, or rented.

If, during the limited warranty period, this product appears to contain a defect covered by this limited warranty, email support@e-snapngo.com, for warranty service instructions. You will be required to have registered your purchase at e-snapngo.com/product-registration and provide a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair.

If you purchased your product directly from SNAPnGO LLC, or authorized resellers that are not authorized to perform warranty service, you will be required to send the product, pre-paid and insured, to our service center for warranty repair.  You will be advised of shipping instructions in reply to your email. Please include a brief description of the problem and a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair. Products returned to SNAPnGO LLC for warranty repair, which upon receipt by SNAPnGO LLC are confirmed to be defective and covered by this limited warranty, will be repaired or replaced (at SNAPnGO LLC’s sole option) at no cost to you and returned pre-paid to customers located within the Continental United States. International customers (customer located outside of the Continental United States) will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced with new or factory-rebuilt parts at SNAPnGO LLC’s option.

If you purchased your product from an authorized reseller that is authorized to perform warranty service, you will be required to return the product to that reseller for warranty repair.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES WILL EXIST OR APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NON-DEFECT DAMAGE, DAMAGE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER OPERATION, MAINTENANCE OR STORAGE OF THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ABUSE, MISUSE, FAILURE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE AND NECESSARY MAINTENANCE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ANY ALTERATIONS TO THIS PRODUCT).

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SNAPnGO LLC BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN CONNECTION WITH USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SNAPnGO LLC’S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCT COVERED HEREBY. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR SNAPnGO LLC ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
